Energy Center - The Solar plexus is located in the upper abdomen, near the stomach. Endocrine gland: Adrenal glands.
The third chakra manifests personal power, helps to heal low self-esteem and increase self-confidence. It focuses on building the inner fire around the core. When the solar plexus chakra is balanced, you feel confident, powered, have clear goals and take steps to achieve them, your digestion is healthy and you feel energized, you feel increased expression and confidence, motivation and a better understanding of life goals. Blocked or unschermonized energy of this chakra - typical symptoms: eating disorders, heartburn and digestive problems, pancreatic and gallbladder problems, fatigue, digestive system disorders, aggression, fear of rejection, feeling of insecurity, domination over others, negative thought patterns, low self-esteem, blood pressure problems, diabetes, nutrition, and stress-related illnesses. Additionally, there may be incorrect information processing, control problems, excessive stiffness and a victim mentality.
